The fees for our courses are as listed on our Website. All fees are in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) unless otherwise stated and include all applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment

Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

4.3 Course Access

Upon successful completion of your payment, you will be granted access to the purchased course(s) for the duration specified in the course description. Access to course materials is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other person.

9. Term and Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and contacting us to request deletion of your account.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be first addressed by good faith negotiations between the parties. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.

11.3 Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

12. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and us.

12.2 Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
